Very Nice, Tsutomu Lures 8 oz Fish Head Bullet
Amazing iridescent color on fish scale paper. The color changes in the light from purple to pink, and fish scale texture visible. Hard to capture the fish skin effect with photos! Handmade 3D Eyes.
Sparkly spotted pink and blue skirt under a translucent purple tint.

Size: 12" skirts, possibly the HI which is a 9"+ and works with both sized skirts. Please see pic with ruler, you decide.
Condition: Un-fished, appears some glue was used on the wings so it is a bit sticky under the wings.
