🌏 FREE FedEx – Australia, NZ, South Pacific, and all international orders $449+

🌏 Flat $25 FedEx International – on orders $250+ 

📬 All other U.S. orders ship for $9.99 via USPS or $12 via FedEx.
🌍 International flat rate: $40 USD.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sundays or U.S. holidays.

All packages ship from Hawaii, and shipping times may vary due to distance and carrier schedules. Even priority or express options may take longer than mainland estimates.

Orders placed Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

Delivery Estimates

Your order will typically arrive within 3–7 business days after it ships.
Hawaii order typically 2 days 😀

We ship via FedEx, and USPS. Orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery.

If no one is available, the carrier will leave a note with pickup instructions. You are responsible for retrieving the package.

We ship EVERYWHERE!

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • All U.S. Territories (including Guam and Puerto Rico)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations via USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS

International Shipping & Customs

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or taxes charged upon delivery.
We are required to declare the full value of the items on customs forms.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or undeliverable address, you will be charged:

  • The original shipping fee
  • Return shipping
  • Any customs or carrier fees incurred

If return costs exceed the value of the merchandise, the package may be abandoned and no refund will be issued.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Tracking info becomes active within 24 hours.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If this occurs, you or we will need to file a claim with the carrier.

Please keep all packaging and documentation, as it may be required for any claim.
Some carriers may require a police report.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unavailable recipient
  • Refusal of package
  • Carrier deems the location unsafe

You are responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Re-shipping costs (if applicable)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or customs clearance issues.

Payment Terms

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Your card will be charged in USD, and your bank or card issuer will handle currency conversion if applicable.

Orders flagged by our payment system may require identity or billing verification.
If we cannot confirm that the order and payment are legitimate, the order will be canceled.
