Very nice bullet from a Hawaiian lure maker, not in Kona.  We do not have much info about the maker but a picture is worth a 1,000 words and the photo says it all. Something bit this hard and it has deep teeth marks. 
Heavy bullet, great for rougher seas. No cracks, just the bite mark.
