Not all lure makers are fishermen, and not all fishermen are lure makers. Captain Bomboy Llanes is both. A 3rd generation Kona captain, Bomboy learned from his father, legendary Kona captain Kenny Llanes, and has spent more than 40 years fishing big game and building lures.
Bomboy captains full-time, runs his own lures, and does not make large batches often. When a new Bomboy Locknutt is available, it does not usually sit around long.
