Vintaage trolling plunger with some 80's sequins

• This is a nice little lure, about 10"? 
• Lightweight
• It has mirrored inserts
• Shakey eyes
• And some 80s (or 70s?) sequins on the belly. 
• Great vintage condition and no notable damage so not sure if this baby was fished!

We have tried to see if some trusty lure gurus could identify the maker but so far we have no idea. 
Lure ID, the struggle is real. 

 Get this one in the water before someone else does!
